Cocktail receptions - There's always the tried and true: grass-fed beef tenderloin, grilled garden vegetables, assorted passed hors d'oeuvres... But, for something more exciting, maybe we'll offer a SoBe-inspired menu of saffron rice under black bean cakes and tropical marinated chicken skewers. For dessert, how about a jalapeno sorbet homemade waffle cones. Alternatively, guests might like our Haute Tavern menu of XXX-cargot on demi tasse spoons, crab fritters, rutubaga potato gratin bites and roasted organic vegetable pouches. Local microbrews and regional wines are always a party favorite and support our "Buy LOCAL" approach! For entertainment, we suggest a quartet of strings, jazz or barbershop musicians. Background music as guests mingle and munch adds a nice layer of texture and excitement to any party. Assembling strangers? Our staff can work as strolling "networkers", helping to break the ice and get everyone mingling. They're also happy to start the dancing off....if needed. Whatever the occasion, cocktail parties are a timeless treasure because they are short & sweet, but highly sociable (with our help, of course)!

With that in mind, we design awards celebrations that are rewarding but to the point.
