Our Event Day Coordinating service includes an initial consultation and unlimited email and phone call communication.  Then, two weeks prior to your event, we will meet with you to discuss the details of your event and how you envision it, create a detailed timeline including arrival times for vendors and important guests, review your vendor contracts and contact each vendor to confirm the details of their service.  Of course, we'll also bring to your attention any discrepancies or oversights we discover.

On the day of your event, we will arrive in time to greet vendors and receive deliveries, coordinate and assist with setup and decorating [please note that additional staff may be required depending on the scope of service], distribute final payments and tips to vendors, per your instructions; assist your guests, giving prompts as needed to keep festivities on your timeline; troubleshoot and act as your behind-the-scenes manager.  At the end of your event, we will gather and deliver your personal items, including guest book, decorations, signage, etc. to the place of your choice.  Likewise, leftover food and/or florals will be transported to local institutions where they might benefit others.

Plus:
For weddings, we will pin boutonnieres and corsages and direct ceremonial processionals, per your written instructions [which we must have 1 week prior to the event].

Our Event Day Coordinating rate is $1,300, which includes our wedding coach and one senior assistant.  At times, one of our event interns may also assist – at no additional cost to you, of course. 


Our vendor referral service includes an initial client consultation to discuss your needs. We prepare a service request assessment then make initial vendor contacts.  We prepare a detailed vendor proposal and submit it to you for review.  Next, we schedule a client-vendor introduction and after service, we conduct a service call follow-up. Vendor referrals - $100 and up, depending on the scope of service requested.

Catering Referrals/Coordinating - If you need a trusted referral, we're happy to help.  We are pleased to recommend quality food services to meet your event needs.  We work with the best caterers, chefs and restaurants to ensure quality from their kitchen to your fork.  If you need help coordinating home deliveries, boxed-plated-buffet meals, multi-course dinner parties or homemade cakes and desserts, we can take the hassle of researching, interviewing and deciding.

Entertainment - Let us help you get the party started with fabulous entertainment.  Musicians, DJs, video dance parties, magicians, fortune tellers, costumed characters, circus performers, photo booths, novelties, game shows, scavenger hunts, trivia games, Dance Heads, Flip This and more....


Enhance your event experience by hiring our professional party helpers.  Please note that an additional fee may apply for last minute requests, holidays (including New Years Eve and Christmas Eve), and travel.  Gratuity if optional, but always appreciated.

  • Servers ~ $25/hr. (3 hr. minimum)
  • Bartenders ~ $25/hr. (2 hr. minimum)
  • Setup Staff ~ $20/hr. (2 hr. minimum)
  • Cleaners ~ $60/hr.  (2 person team, 1 hr. minimum)
  • Elite Team ~ our most experienced event staff ~ $35/hr. (2 hr. minimum)
  • Event Director ~ $65/hr. (2 hr. minimum)

We own  event props and equipment and use them for the events we coordinate as well as an inventory of items available for general rental.  We also have an extensive network of talented suppliers who design, manufacture and rent everything from the most basic party supplies to the most obscure props and decor. Keep us in mind for tables, chairs, table linens, china, glassware, tabletop accessories, dance floor, lighting and audio-visual, theme props, fresh and silk greenery.


Our event design services include an initial client consultation where we determine your event objectives.  We prepare an itemized budget, including food and beverage menu options.  We list recommended vendors with appropriate contact information.  A suggested timeline is included as well as our tips for successful execution of your event.  Event design proposals - $250 and up.
