We are your social event experts too!  Our most popular social events are birthday celebrations, non-profit fundraising galas, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and theme parties.  Here's a sample of things we've tried.

Birthday Celebrations - Jewelers rebounded from sluggish diamond sales by advertising the right-hand diamond ring.  A diamond can be as much about self-expression as commitment, they say.  So, why wait for Prince Charming?  If a diamond is what you want, buy it and wear it proudly.  Likewise, if a big birthday bash is what you want, why wait for family and friends to offer? One of our favorite clients requested that we host his "surprise" party.  What a terrific event project!  We met to discuss everything he'd like and then created a fabulous party.  We mailed invitations and even set-up a personalized RSVP phone line in our office.  Though aware that it would happen sooner or later, we actually worked with the client's best friend to make the exact day and time a dramatic "surprise".  Mums the word on whose idea it all was!

Non-Profit Fundraising Galas - We've worked with a number of non-profits, coordinating the actual event as well as consulting on in-kind donations and corporate sponships, silent auction items, etc.  Popular options include Casino Night parties, Evening at the Racetrack parties, Black-tie dinner/dance events and celebrity speaker events.  We also offer consultation services to assist volunteers and office staff with managing the logistics of their fundraising events.

Theme parties - We've done too many theme parties to mention a favorite, however, these are the most popular:  Night at the Disco....a 70's party, Peace & Love - a 60's Funfest, Wine, Dine and SHINE!, Off to See the Wizard/The Wizard of Oz, Casablanca, Oscar Night, Garden Party, Rock the Barn, and, of course, many themes become so simply by promoting a certain color (for example, The White Party).

Bar/Bat Mitzvahs - We've done it all, from staffing the Oneg to coordinating the Kiddush lunch.  We've coordianted transportation, hotel accomodations and personal concierge services for out-of-town guests too.  Personalizing the big event to reflect the interests of our young host is perhaps the secret of our success.  We like to include the guest of honor throughout the planning process.  We listen, interpret, offer suggestions and really treat them just as special as we would any adult client.
